Hi, I’m Simoné, and my goal is get you moving in a way that feels good, in YOUR own way!
I have a unique athletic background (a former gymnast and dancer), and I weave that with my NASM studies, yoga training, and extensive group fitness experience to allow me to serve each client in a meticulously tailored way. I will push you (never beyond what you are comfortable and able to do) as we aim for one moment at a time, knowing that the journey is everything. I pride myself on helping the individual to get reacquainted with their best self through deep values of love, freedom, and honesty. Whether you are looking for a complete lifestyle transformation, lowering your blood pressure by a few points, adding a little conscious movement and breath to your week - or something in between - you are guaranteed to leave each session feeling proud of yourself.
